Agostino Arrivabene is an Italian painter born in 1967 at Rivolta d’Adda in the province of Cremona, Italy. He graduated from the Academy of Brera in 1991, in painting, drawing and printmaking. From the beginning, his attention was drawn to the Ancient Masters as Leonardo, Durer and Van Eyck, which led him to travel to museums across Europe to get a firsthand view of their works. During this investigation, begins to apply forgotten painting techniques, and begins to use and develop materials and traditional methods long forgotten and incorporating them into developing their own artwork. His work is imbued with a mystical background, a strong communication line with the eternal, the mysterious and the infinity above us. His Images conceal meanings between his brushstrokes.
