Melissa Murillo aka “Meyoko” is a Berlin-based illustrator with a distinctive Art Nouveau style dark created by ink and more recently Gold. Her works shows divine entities and mythical creatures that are mixed together. Forests made of luxuriant hair ,are inhabited by plants and flowers tattooed; by crows and hummingbirds with strange bodies instead of silky feathers. An organic apotheosis executed with extreme detail and great creative sensibilities.
