David Palumbo is a freelance illustrator in Marquette, Michigan (USA). Since he was little was clear about his vocation as an artist. His subjects were drawing monsters, robots, superheroes, and spaceships. For several years this was the central theme of his art studio until he graduated from high school and moved to Philadelphia to study the traditional technique of painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Pennsylvania. Although the Academy was emphasized in the classical style, has maintained his interest in illustration and has been applied to the two fields of work. These formative years were augmented by private studies, and sessions from time to time with Burt Silverman. As a freelance illustrator, has made illustrations for book covers, collectible card games, comic covers, album covers, movie posters, magazine covers, advertisements, films in preproduction, and the conceptual design of theme parks. Also his works appear in publications such as the Spectrum, Heavy Metal, ImagineFX, and 2D Artist Magazine.
